While I often write, talk on the radio and occasionally appear on TV, my ‘trade’ is as a dietitian. Each and every week, I see between 20-30 people for weight loss and other dietary issues, which is work I enjoy very much. BUT. I can only do so much of it and after a couple of full on days seeing patients I have had enough. BUT. More and more people want to have their diet monitored and developed by a dietitian which, in conjunction with my very talented web designer @flydigital and my even more talented baby sister Jacqs we have developed Shape Me – the 30 Day Plan by Susie Burrell –

Shape Me is not a body transformation nor is it a rapid detox program, rather it is personalised dietary APP which allows you to develop your own nutritionally sound, calorie controlled meal plan to help you achieve the goals you have for your body. This may mean weight loss, or to manage your gluten intolerance. Or it may be to help you write your weekly shopping list, or to simply have direct access to a dietitian (me!) to ask all those specific diet questions. Shape Me is designed to be your own pocket dietitian anywhere, anytime.

So, if you know that your diet needs refining, or if you would simply like to start 2014 with a clear diet plan (and maybe shed a few kg), sign up at to be kept up to date with this brand new program. We would love to look after your diet and help you take control of your weight and your body, for good.
