Serves 1

Ingredients

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

½ banana

1/2 cup baby spinach leaves

1 tbsp. cacao powder

1 tsp. chia seeds

1 dose (1.5 tsp.) Metamucil Natural Daily Fibre Supplement

1 cup of ice

Method

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
