Product Name: Chia Pod Oats by The Chia Co.

Nutritionals per 220g serve: 240cal / 10g fat / 5g saturated fat / 31g carbs / 10g sugars / 7g protein.

Ingredients: Chia seed gel, whole oats, maple sugar, coconut oil, apple, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg

Pros: A natural, nutritious breakfast on the go option for time poor peeps. Good source of ‘good fats’ thanks to its Chia base.

Cons: Relatively low in protein for a breakfast choice. Does contain some added sugars.

Rating: 3 stars.

Tips: A much better option nutritionally than thick toast and spread or other common breakfast on the run options so handy to keep on handy when quick breakfast options are needed.
