Nutritionals per 35g serve: 743kJ (177cal), 5.0g protein, 14.3g carbs, 6.3g sugars, 11.3g fat, 4.1g polyunsaturated fat, 2.9g fibre. 

Ingredients: Nuts (Cashews, Almonds (21%), Brazil Nuts (33%), Seeds (Pepitas, 8%), Sesame, Sunflower, Flax) (28%), Glucose from Maize, Sweetened Cranberries (Cranberries, Sugar, Sunflower Oil) (10%), Honey, Rice Syrup, Puffed Rice, Chicory Extract (Inulin), Brown Rice Protein (2%).

Pros: Portion controlled, tasty, nutrient rich way to get a dose of good fats from nuts. Especially high in polyunsaturated fats via pepitas and Brazil nuts. 

Cons: Does contain some added sugar although 6.3g is exceptionally low for a snack bar. 

Rating: 4 stars. I have been a fan of this product for years and I use it as a nutritionally balanced snack that is portion controlled for my clients at 3-4pm. Please note, while it does contain added sugar snacks made with coconut oil and brown rice malt syrup will generally have more sugar and more calories than this snack food. 

Tips: Just keep one with you so you are not tempted to eat the whole packet of they are in easy reach!
