Pros: A massive 7g of fibre per bar and <10g sugars. Low in carbs and sugars for a snack bar.
Cons: I prefer snacks to contain 5-10g protein per serve BUT this is a good choice for a carb based snack bar.

Tips: To get the kids interested, break into pieces and serve as part of an afternoon snack plate with some cheese, cut up vegetables and roasted broadbeans.
