Nutritionals per serve (50g = 4 biscuits): 217cal, 3.8g protein, 6.6g fat, 33.4g carbs, 11.0g sugars, 3.7g fibre.

Ingredients: Wholegrain cereals (60%) (wheat flour, oats (13%), Weet-BixTM (12%) {wheat (12%), raw sugar, salt, barley malt extract, vitamins (niacin, thiamin, riboflavin, folate), mineral (iron)}), sunola oil, sugar, wheat flour, honey (4.5%), vegetable fibre, salt, flavour, raising agents (500, 503).

Pros: I am so disappointed in this product I find it difficult to say anything positive. 

Cons: High carb breakfast choice with minimal protein and plenty of added sugars. There are a million other better breakfast choices than this.

Rating: 1 star.

Tips: Grab a piece of fruit and be better off nutritionally.
