Nutritionals:

Skinny Cow Creamy Vanilla Ice Cream Cookies = 540kJ (127cal), 2.9g protein, 1.6g fat, 24.5g total carbs + 12.5g sugars (without sweeteners)

Vanilla Chocolate English Toffee Ice Creams: 340kJ (81cal), 3.6g protein, 1.7g fat, 5.8g total carbs + 5.6g sugars (with sweeteners)

Pros: These taste great for low cal ice creams.

Cons: The lower the calories, the more likely the ice cream contains sweetener and the non sweetened version contain a lot of carbs for a tiny ice cream

Rating: 3 1/2 stars – yes these are lower calorie ice creams but there is always a downside and the lower cal options do contain sweetener

Tips: Only buy them if you can control yourself, a lower cal alternative is not low cal if you eat 4 of them
