Now I know that it is fat from coconut, and that coconut fat contains a relatively high proportion of medium chain triglycerides, a type of fat processed in the liver but this does not mean we still do not need to burn off an extra 22g of fat per day if we choose this product. So, as is the case with all high fat products, medium chain triglyceride or not, keep your portions small if you do prefer Coyo, or at $10 for a 400g tub, if you can afford it.
