A serve of 49 pistachios or roughly 30g contains 15g of fat serve, 10g carbohydrates, 7g of protein and almost 3g of fibre, making them a nutritionally balanced snack choice or addition to salads, marinades or even used in sweet baking.

Rich in Vitamin B6, Vitamin K, potassium and copper the only issue with pistachios is the added salt which is common, and having the strength to stop eating the whole packet, although shelling them will slow down your eating pace and make portion control easier.
