How much weight will I lose?

A nutritionally balanced, calorie controlled diet plan, coupled with 30-60 minutes of exercise per day should see you lose between 0.5-1kg per week. If you increase the amount of training/exercise to 1-2 hours each day, 1-2kg of weight loss per week is safe and sustainable.
