Sample - 'Stop playing the victim'

When I first meet a new client in a weight loss consult, I can almost immediately tell if they are going to succeed with their weight loss goals. Individuals who are ready to change have a very different attitude to those who are there hoping that I will pull out my magical weight loss wand and hit them on the head with it. Those who succeed are looking for the opportunity to get their weight under control, are open to new ideas and draw on their personal resources to be able to make the often simple life changes they need to take control of their weight rather than be a victim of it.
