Ingredients:

  • 30g Danish feta
  • 1/2 Nashi pear, sliced
  • 2 cups mixed lettuce
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 Spanish onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. dried cranberries
  • 1/2 red capsicum, sliced
  • 1/2 Lebanese cucumber, sliced

Preparation Method:
