Chocolate Protein Muffins

For a sweet hit in the afternoon without all the sugar.


  • 6 scoops of chocolate protein powder
  • 1 1/4 cup of unbleached self raising flour
  • 1 tsp. of baking powder
  • 3 tbsp. Natvia natural sweetener
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup light olive oil spread
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup skim milk

Preparation Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C and grease a muffin tin.
  2. Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. With an electric mixer, slowly add wet ingredients until combined
  4. Place into prepared muffin tin and place in the oven for 15-20 mins or until just cooked through.
  5. Serve whilst warm.
