A nutritionally balanced breakfast that will keep you going all morning!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp. reduced fat (25%) cheese
  • 1 slice grain toast
  • Spray olive oil

Preparation Method:

  1. Spray a fry pan with spray oil.
  2. Cook mushrooms for 1-2 mins.
  3. Add beaten egg and cook for a further 2-3 mins.
  4. Add sprinkle of cheese and serve with 1 slice grain / gluten free / Sourdough toast
