Blueberries are just as nutritious fresh as they are frozen, are exceptionally low in calories and their rich antioxidant content is known to offer many health benefits long term.


  • 150g frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup water or low fat milk milk (use water if vegan or dairy free)
  • 1 tbsp. ground flax seed
  • 1 serve gluten free vanilla protein powder (use vegan or dairy free protein powder if required)
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • Ice to blend

Preparation Method:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Serve immediately.
